2 Prices are subject to revision / withdrawal from time to time without any prior notice, at the sole discretion of the company. Howerever from the date of booking accepted by the company, the price shall remain escalation free.
3 Preference Location Charges (PLC) is chargable extra as applicable.
4 Registration Charges, Stamp Duty, Legal and Documentation Charges are to be born by the Purchaser and will be payable extra as and when demanded by the company.
5 Individual electric meter connection charges shall be extra.
6 All Building Plans, Layouts, Specifications are subject to change and modifications as may be decided by the company or any other competent authority.
7 24 hrs. power backup would be provided against payment @15000/- per KVA.
8 Maintenance charges monthly contribution payable as applicable.
9 The terms and conditions of sale would be as per our Standard Flat Buyer Agreement.
10 Any additional facility, if provided will be charged extra.
11 The above rates are for super area which include the covered area plus proportionate common area such as corridors, passages, lifts, staircase, projection & architectural features, etc.
